My Warm Up Routine Will:

  • Eliminate back pain during and after play

  • Increase range of motion for a fuller rotation and more powerful swing

  • Open up the shoulders

  • Stimulate muscle memory to recreate your best swing

  • Loosen AND strengthen hips for better hip turn

  • Get a headstart on your play by prepping your mind and body prior to play

Here's what clients are saying:

“ I have definitely noticed that I don’t get tired and stiff toward the end of a 4 hour round and can still swing freely on the 18th. Absolutely worth the commitment. ”

W. Turley

“I've incorporated this warm up as my secret weapon. It has definitely cut strokes off my game.”
